Triple axle chassis constructed of heavy duty wide flange beam.
Heavy duty spring suspension w/ (12) 11R x 22.5 radial tires
Qty (4) Hyd landing legs with Honda engine
Brake Package – air brakes, emergency valve and plumbing
Light Package – brake and directional signals
Qty (1) 40 hp screen motor (fold up for travel)
Qty (2) 30” reversible cross conveyors w/ Dodge gearboxes, 7 1/2 hp, Cema C idlers, and 3 ply belt
Spray system w/ manifold, spray bars, gate valves and plumbing. Manifold mounted under catwalk.
Galvanized spray bars and elbows, brass nozzles
Slurry box w/two spray bars (hyd lift)
Gate valve supplied to balance water flow between left and right side of screw
Roll Away Chutes
¼” Mild Steel with ¼”” AR liners top, center and bottom deck overs chutes
All decks equipped with blending gates. Allows blending (in increments of 25%)
1/4" AR under screen flume to screw with two rinse bars
Diamond decked catwalk on three sides of screen with access ladder and railing
Steep angle stair access
Overhead Safety tie off
Chord holder.
Guarding – Appropriate guarding supplied. We do not warrant that our guards will meet all local codes. It is the responsibility of the end user to have them checked by a local inspector.
Complete switchgear package w/enclosure, Nema components, breakers, reversing starters for cross conveyors, three position start/stop pushbuttons, main disconnect, emergency stop, 4 extra #2 starters for 20 hp off plant motors. Switchgear option includes panel mount.
